Moxen: Privacy Policy
Developer: ERC Game Studios. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
What the game stores
Moxen saves your game progress, best score, photo collection and settings only on your device. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Advertising
Moxen is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions and crash diagnostics. Google uses this information as described in its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings; on iPhone, the game asks before tracking and you can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Daily reminder
If you turn it on, the game schedules one local notification a day on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to a server to do this, and you can turn it off in Settings.
Web version (Game of the Day)
The browser version of the Game of the Day shows no ads and sets no cookies. To learn how many people play, it counts visits and four events (opening a challenge link, finishing a game, sharing, tapping the store button) with GoatCounter. GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not store your IP address or any personal data; it keeps only anonymous totals, the page, your browser type, screen size and approximate country. A challenge link contains only a date and a score.
Children
Moxen is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
